Children remain under parent or guardian supervision at gatherings. The community avoids collecting sensitive child data, never displays children's names or birthdays publicly, and treats photo permission as a deliberate event-level decision.
Plain-language commitment
Each parent or guardian remains responsible for their child. Activities should be age-appropriate, public and easy to observe. Safety concerns should be raised with the organizer immediately.
